Who the fuck is Kongo to criticize anyone of using steroids?

I hope the ufc puts him up against someone good thats actually focused so he gets ktfo. (heath herring doesn't fit that bill imo)

i agree, Herring will make Kongo look bad on the ground (mainly because he is)
