[Tokyo's bad boy]

Hi, it’s my first post. Long time fan of MMA and I just decided to expand my knowledge by coming on here. Anyway, anyone know If Sakuraba’s training video is any good? (I believe there is only one and that it's in Japanese) I know you can get it off ebay and such, but I was just curious if anyone has actually viewed it and learned anything off it. Thanks.
