Because watching people punch each other is much more entertaining then watching the gracies wrestle around. Watching guys who arent highly trained makes it seem more like a street fight. Lets be serious here, watching a gracie fight is about as entertaining as watching a turle eat veggies.
Its also pretty well known that the gracies have gotten their asses kicked in Smokers around the world and in street fights but they forget to put those in their propaganda videos they push.
