Hey everyone,

Thanks for all the encouraging emails. Everyone seems to want to know how my training is going. So here is an update on my training camp for my March 1st fight against Anderson Silva.

I've been up in Big bear for the last two weeks and will be here for the next week before I head to Columbus. I have most of my Team Quest guys up here pushing me and kicking my ass to get me ready. I feel like I'm right on track with everything. I'm injury free and my conditioning feels great, although it took a few days to get used to the altitude. The isolation has been great and stress free allowing me to focus on my fight.

So again, thank you to everyone for all the support. And hopefully you all enjoy the show on March 1st.

Hendo was a call-in guest on MMA Weekly Sound Off radio on Friday...sounded good there. Among his predictions: "this won't be the most boring fight you've ever seen"

I'm fired up for Hendo-Silva. Should be a fantastic war.

It's funny when you think about it - Hendo comes to the UFC for the first time (well, in a decade which is to say in the modern era of MMA) and his first two fights are epic dream matchups - and title fights! - in the LHW and MW divisions.

good to hear this going to be one hell of a fight both guys pack dynamite in their hands cant wait to see these two go at it. I am taking silva though he is so much of a technical striker and is good off his back its hard not to pick him.

I honestly hope this things goes the whole 5 rounds or ends in the 4th/5th round.. I do not want to see this fight end early..

I want to see them feel each other out and then let things go and have it go back and forth...

Liddell/Silva delivered.. and hope this does too.
