No. Silva would be snapping Wandy's head back so much it'd look like a bloody bobble-head doll.

I personally do not like the idea just yet. Wand should give it another shot at LHW first before just leaving to the MW division. He already has 2 wins over Rampage so that should be some huge motivation. I guess we will see but I do not think he should give up on the LHW division just yet, I mean he just had his 1st fight back with the UFC. I say give it one more fight, see how it goes and then make a decision.

I like this idea, Wandy was more of a beast when he was a little skinnier like in early prides.

Win or lose his next fight, I would want him to head down to 185... that division NEEDS fighters.. LHW does not..

the move would def be good for an otherwise lame division, but i dont like it, it looks like he's runnin, or dana is asking him to switch. i want to see rampage silva 3 with elbows.

Where did you get this from? Hendo said that it's all about matching styles--Silva seems to have Franklin's number, but he [Hendo] might destroy Silva only to struggle against Franklin. Also, saying he's going to kick Silva's butt is not the same as Silva saying he does not consider Hendo his toughest challenge yet. Besides, it was Silva's manager, not Silva himself who made this statement apparently. I've seen nothing but respect and honor from both in their careers so far (well maybe with the exception of Silva's gay victory dance,). Let's keep it that way unless there is a valid reason not to.

Very good news. Theres a ton of great match ups weighting for Wand at middleweight. Hopefully he makes the move.
