Had Barnett fought once in the last year and 2 months.. he should be #3... but Barnett has been inactive..

Looks like Liddell will be in line for a title shot if he beats the hell out of Rua. Penn should def be higher than #7 for being the UFC champ, the fighters that are above him should come to the UFC and prove themselves against Penn, who in my opinion is #1 on that list.

So I don't think he qualifies to be in the MW ranking due to him not fighting at that weight in the last 12 months.
