About Me
Forrest Griffin (THAT'S ME!) is the first-season winner of Spike TV's The Ultimate Fighter, a reality show which showcases mixed martial arts. I defeated Stephan Bonnar in a popular final bout, widely acclaimed as one of the best MMA fights of all time, winning by unanimous decision and landing me a professional contract to fight in the UFC (See Griffin vs Bonnar, April 9, 2005).

I currently hold a professional mixed martial arts record of fifteen wins (3 by KO/TKO, 7 by submission, and 5 by decision) and four losses (2 by KO/TKO and 2 by decision).

As of January 25, 2008, I was ranked by MMAWeekly.com as the #7 light heavyweight fighter in the world, and by MMANews.com as the #4 light heavyweight fighter in the world.

I hold notable wins over: Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Elvis Sinosic, Stephan Bonnar, and Jeff Monson.

I was recently announced as one of the coaches of the popular TV series "The Ultimate Fighter", airing on Spike TV. The other coach will be current UFC Light Heavyweight champion, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.

First Date
I would start off with a one two combo and then a hay maker down low. When your defense would be broken from my massively powerful punches I would leg whip you to the ground and do a wrap around guillotine choke. I would follow that up with a devastating omoplata and to finish the night, a nice romantic rear naked choke.

seems like a fake to me, kinda like all the fake myspace pages. I mean how hard would it really be to get a picture of Forrest and make that profile, I seriously doubt a guy like Forrest has to use online dating services.

Agreed, as well listing his fight credentials instead of something about what type of person he is or the type of person he is looking for makes me think it is not real.
