I don't remember Leben ever having been stupid enough to test for coke before a fight...But I hope Sakara kicks his ass.

For whatever reason Leben running his mouth just doesn't bother me that much anymore. I have a hard time seeing him lose this fight...I honestly hope he does pull it off as I'm excited to see them go at it.

personally i think leben is just trying to put more intrest in this fight and get people to pay closer attention.
i dont think he fully goes about it the right way,
maybe he needs a pr agent he help him better hype with out coming across as being so disrepectful.

My 3:30am whiskey logic indicates Leben is paired with a guy he thinks is a hack because he can't be trusted to beat anyone of note.
Sometimes whiskey is enlightening.

i'll be different...sakara by sub, first round.
In his last fight he mentioned that he was a Big nog BJJ brown belt...that's a pretty good ground game.

I'm a big proponent of the whiskey logic. Pretty dumb thing of Leben to say; I guess the only way to take it is pre-fight hype, but still, let's be a little creative here. Either that, or he needs to psyche himself up. There still seems to be an element of Leben's mental came that is a bit unhinged. I enjoy his fights and he let's it all hang out in there, and he impressed me with gaining some maturity in his last fight in exhibiting some patience and planning. But I am thinking that he can't rid himself entirely of this quality of brute automatism, like he says, he just keeps going forward. We'll see - at any rate I think it will be a good fight.

| Melvin talked more shit before any single fight than Leban has in his whole fighting career.

I guess if Leben deserved to be in the UFC we would see him a lot more often.. not only that I guess he would have done a bit better on the show? right?
