No. Same goes for Liddell, He has had his chances against Rampage and lost both times. One time before the fight even went two minutes. If Liddell managed to beat Rampage somehow a in a 3rd match, then I think Rampage would get an auto rematch.

I disagree.

Tough call, but let's assume he wins. Which I don't think he will come even close to doing.
losing half the last 4 fights sure doesn't seem like much to stand on. I don't think he deserves it yet. If he'd lost one and won one of those first two fights, probably. but he doesn't deserve it yet.
I see no reason why he shouldn't face Jardine again. eveyone loves to dog on that guy, but how can we call him a step down if he just lost to him? lol.
I'm sure chuck does think he deserves it. or at least he says he thinks that. But that doesn't make it true.
the other side of the coin is, as just mentioned who else? if forrest gets thumped then who? jardine isn't a contender without a couple strong wins to follow up Chuck

If Chuck wins he deserves a shot, but I'm not worried about it. The only person that seems to beat him soundly at this point is Rampage. I just want to continue to see him in entertaining battles. Great fights mean much more to be as a fan than shiny sparkling belts.

It definitely makes tito, in theory, a big stepping stone and recognition. Chuck is a huge draw though , and people want to believe he was just in a personal slump, so I have a feeling it will be a huge factor.

I disagree. | Oritz in the last 5 or so years has only lost to guys with the last name Liddell and Couture. This also includes wins over Belfort (former LHW champ) and Griffin (current # 1 contender).
Soko KOed Arona and Lil'Nog, both Top 10 fighters. Machida ran through him.
If Machida beats Oritz... which I doubt.... he is the number 1 contender IMO.

I personally think Machida should get the shot if he beats ortiz, and then if chuck/jardine both win have them fight for the next shot

I don't see Chuck getting a title fight as long as Rampage is champ. The thought of Chuck going 0-3 against Rampage isn't very good. Chuck winning is good for the sport and the UFC. I think Machida, who's undefeated should get a title shot after his next match against Tito (assuming he wins).
Honestly it's funny how if Forrest loses he literally goes to the back of the line because he's got plenty of great fighters in front of him. Chuck ain't fighting for a belt as long as Rampage is LHW king. If Chuck beats Shogun and Forrest beats rampage then yeah I can see him getting an immediate title shot.

Machida vs Liddell if they both win.

Have to disagree with Chuck here. I don't think he deserves a title shot I think he needs a rematch with Jardine and then maybe a title shot. | Agree, if he beats Jardine maybe but who thinks a Liddell-Jackson fight would end any different? and yes I speculating Jackson will beat Griffin.
