Kurt Angle won a gold medal with a broken freakin neck!!!!!! I'm not saying he would succeed, but I think he knows MMA is real.

The name of Brock Lesnar is also being thrown around as a possible opponent for Angle. The pair are no strangers to each other after having a memorable feud in WWE, which included them headlining WrestleMania in Seattle, Washington.
| They just make shit up, Puder and Lesnar as "rumored opponents" because of the stupid shit that happened in WRESTLING. Puder saying "UFC" when he himself doesn't even fight for them....sure pal. And then in this quote they say Lesnar and talk about them not being strange to each other after a "feud" in WRESTLING at WRESTLEmania like the shit WAS FREAKIN' REAL and it's going to spill over to mma to continue?!?!?!? Why do people even read these stupid ass wrestling websites??? I wish pro wrestling and mma were never mentioned in the same topic....NEVER. It's STUPID! Too many 'wrestling 1st, mma 2nd' fans in this forum. Sorry if i offend anyone but it's just annoying now.

Sorry guys, it's legit lol. He's still recovering from some injuries, and has a perscription drug addiction he's battling - but he is apparently pretty serious about attempting MMA sometime in the year 2007.
Whether he'll be successful or not, that's a whole different story. But it definitely seems as if he's going to try it out.

| His neck
There's no way Angle could compete in mma after the injuries he's sustained doing ten years of pro wrestling. He's had to have major surgery on his neck twice and always had to guard it carefully when he wrestled. Daniel Puder, during a scuffle with Angle in the ring once, was taken down and went for a choke. i don't think he ever fully applied the choke (this is pro wrestling, after all) but nonetheless drew a ton of backstage heat for trying to pull a move on Angle that could have re-injured his neck.

It seem most people are negitive about Kurt, by most parts because he was in the WWE.....Yes he is old, but with something to prove. He is very intence. But him being a trainer seems like a better idea. But id love to see him fight... But he is a good addition to the MMA world...No doubt.

One of the people Angle might be fighting, if he fights like he's claiming he's wanting to in 2007, is Daniel Puder. Obviously no negotiations have taken place, nothing has officially happened other than Angle making it known he wants to try MMA.

It wasnt a choke. Puder had him in a kimura. Check out youtube. I believe the video is on there.
