well he would easily be the best wrestler ever in mma. but he missed the mma boat a while ago, he is too old and beat up. too bad he didnt decide to start mma right after he won the gold. he could have been a serous threat in mma, but its kinda late now. as to where lesnar is a lot younger and would probably do better.

If Angle came right out after he won the gold, right now he would be unstoppable. The guy is so intensity and he is a machine. I really don't think there would have been anyone that would have been able to stop him. He would be by far the best wrestler to ever step into MMA. And he wouldn't have been stupid and would have cross-trained.

But as much as I like Kurt Angle and the guy is one of my heros, time has passed him by. If he does choose to do it, I think he would be able to beat a lot of lower tier guys just on Wrestling and Intensity alone. As for the debate if someone could take down Chuck Liddell, well I think with no question Angle would be able to take him down at will, but he would still be KOed.

At wrestlinghealines.com there's a link stating from Angle's manager that he's now retired from pro wrestling and wants to make his mma debut in 2007. If it's true, not sure but Angle should stay retired before he becomes the first death in mma.

Angle may be able to beat some lower guys but against the likes of T.S. mirko, AA, he'd lose......Fedor may kill him.

Daniel Puder has been sending out feelers to UFC about fighting Kurt Angle sometime in 2007. Angle and UFC have talked about it but there is concern over Angle’s health and whether he could pass their drug test.
