[Fedors Daddy]

Saw this on a different forum..they mentioned no source, so im not sure how true it is.

Scott Ferrel had Chuck Lidell on as a guest on his Syrius radio show. Luckily a caller who knew something about MMA and Pride called in and asked about Chuck fighting Fedor or Cro Cop. Chuck said that Dana White called him the day after Cro Cop KO'd Silva and asked if he'd be interested in a Cro Cop match up. Chuck said absolutely. He also said that the Silva match is off until at least next year.

Chuck also said he'd be willing to fight Fedor.

can it be true?
is Mirko Crocop vs Chuck liddel official?

I agree 110%. It'd be a suicide. They're not even entertaining the idea of fighting Wand despite the fact that Pride clearly wants the fight.

give wandy a shot,id rather see that because they both have been waitin to fighting eachother for a while.thats crap if they just change it right away to chuck vs. cro cop

Pride is saving face by saying how much they want this fight to happen. After a clear KO and the beating he recieved from Mirko wandy would not be allowed to fight for at least 90 days. As I said in an earlier thread both orgs are full of it.

As far as Liddell goes a fight against Mirko would be an embarassing loss for the UFC. And for Christs sake don't let Fedor murder him. The best match up style wise for chuck is wandy. Wandy is an aggressive fighter that throws wide punches and leaves himself open for a counter punch which is what chuck does best.

i think that if they fought it would look exactly like wandy/cro cop II. cro cop would destroy him. but i would simply love to see cro cop fight anyone in UFC. particularly jason thacker

Why Thacker?? did he talk about your family so you want him beaten?? lol

I would prefer to see him fight someone like Chieck Congo or Vera. someone that MIGHT bea able to at least give him some competition.
