| F#*K it...
I don't care if he would get dominated or not, I want to see him and Lesnar both fight anyone just to see if they have any chance at exceling in this sport. I think anyone with that kind of hype could bring alot of attention to the sport, even if they get their asses handed to them. I don't care if it's a pro wrestler, an actor, a musician, or anyone with any popularity. The worst thing that could happen is that we get to see them get their ass beat and I would enjoy watching that anyway. There will always be plenty of talented fighters that we can follow and support, but if someone as popular as Angle wants to try his hand at it, f#*k it, let'm try and prove themself, we'd all know soon enough whether they were for real or just alot of bullshit hype... |

Give Angle his shot, he did awesome in WWE, which is PRE-Determined (not fake) so i say why not , he will be a good show if nothing else, and i think he could possibly even win

Did Kurt angle really get fired from the WWE or is that what was written in the script, and McMahan fired him on air, I've seen him fight in the ECW and we should all know McMahan owns that? Also what is the injury he has, and how did it happen? when?

The question I ask is would there be a company who is willing to put up with Kurt Angle, he got fired from WWE cause he was so injured and not to mentioned so messed up on painkillers as well as the guys neck...even in WWE they practiced not landing on his head cause his neck was so recked...if he got tossed on his head like Diego did vs Karo it would probley kill Kurt so I would think he is more of a liabilty than anything else.

I didn't think there were others like you. You have to agree those wrestlers do not get punched in there face that hard nor get hit with those chairs and baseball bats the way you would hit someone if your really trying to hurt them. They just allow themselves the least amount of pain possible while performing high risk moves that many times pain and injuries can not be avoided.

His body is extremely banged up and his family life with his wife and baby were falling apart.
Kurt write this in his letter regarding his departure:
"I broke my neck twice and had two major neck surgeries. I’ve fractured my ribs, hip, tailbone, fingers and toes while also tearing almost every major muscle at least one time or another. Injuries have always been a natural part of the business and my life, but where I have failed is not taking the time off to recover."
The match that finally broke the straw was his last one I believe. He severely pulled his groin, tore his lower abdominal muscle off his pelvic bone and then at the end he blew his hamstring out.

I actually think a healthy Kurt Angle entering the UFC is a good idea. Will he ever be a top 10 HW or LHW? Most likely no. He's 38, and a beat up 38 at that, so my guess is that he's maybe got 3-4 fights, should he get healthy.
Here's the thing: he's a bright guy, well-spoken, his athletic background needs no introduction, and he would bring more attention to the UFC. More attention = more coverage = more fans = more money for fighters.
You people hating on him don't think he's going to try and pull off some dumbass pro wrestling moves, do you? He's most likely going to look like Coleman did when he first started, only with much better cardio.
The real question is, who would the UFC match him with? The catch 22 is that he would probably need to be matched up with a "name" in MMA, but any "name" in MMA would beat Kurt pretty easily. Though a Shamrock/Angle fight would be pure spectacle, and would be the biggest PPV up to date.

| Of course WWE is essentially fake but there's a reason so many of them end up dieing of drug overdoses and addicted to painkillers. A wrestling ring is essentially boards covered with a thin lining of shock absorbing foam and a large spring shock absorber in the middle. Doing a back flip from the top of a cage to land on ur face 15ft down is never gona tickle if u do it onto any surface u can walk on. The other thing is as wrestling is pre-determined most injuries are simply worked around, if ur necks fucked they dont drop u on ur neck for a couple of weeks, doesnt mean u stop working meaning any pro wrestler is still a tough bastard.

pro wrestler or not. Any " wrestler" would more than likely get his ass handed to him.
