I would have to disagree on the point that he will be killed. I find Diego to be quite similar to Hughes. If Diego can get a takedown first, I see him being able to hold hughes down and GnP.

Only thing I see going against him is Hughes experience and his submission skills. He looks quite comfortable pulling out submissions and I see Diego as a one dimensional GnP guy.

Overall, Hughes is a better fighter and he will most likely will win but Diego is very scrappy and he won't make it easy for hughes.

What about karo?I think he could give Hughes a run for his money.Plus there's a lot of good young fighters-Diaz,Diego,Koscheck,Riggs and a lot of others.

I see Diego and perhaps Riggs after polishing up his skills ad potential contenders. But Diaz seems to lose all his fights against those who have good GnP.

But Koscheck? I said this once again but how in the hell is he even a decent fighter? I find him to be just horrible.

Is it just me?

karo should def get a shot at some point..they cant give him a shot before diego tho..that wouldnt be right..id love to watch koscheck get mangled by huhges..and im a big fan of riggs..but lets be honest..do any of these guys really have a chance..i think nick diaz could probably make it to a desicion..but he would lose for sure

Riggs need to move up to Middle Weight to get some of his size back he just looks small as a welterweight big but small. But... if he stays in WW he should stay away from Hughes for awhile Talking all that trash and getting subbed in 3 minutes hurt his record. He should fight Karo or Diego. Forget about josh I went back and watched my tapes of some of his past fight and I changed my mind. if Matt beats GSP he should go to pride fight a few fights there let UFC build it's WW or MW division back up and then come back after handling some business in Pride. I am a matt Hughes fan for sure but he needs to go up to MW or go to Pride He has just killed the credibility of the WW division by defeating all of it's top contenders. Though people like him he's eventually not going to be that big of a thing so he should leave while he's on top in the fan's minds.

So here's my advice to Matt Fight against GSP and if you lose go to pride.
