Basically Elite wants as many named fighter's as they can get on this card. Phil used to fight in the UFC and is a recognizable name. Heck I expect there to be at least one former UFC or PRIDE guy in every fight on the main card for the show. Minus the Kimbo fight of course. I expect them to feed him a can that he can open up on national t.v.

EliteXC is putting some OK fights on that card, but they still need the big name fight in order to really get it going. Baroni may be an interesting fighter, but he is only 10-9 in his career and 2-5 in the UFC, so while that guy was being an ass in bashing him, Baroni isnt all that. So guys like Baroni, Lawler, Ninja are nice to fill out a card, but they still are in need of that headline bout.

Your right sorry I just remember him fighting Lidland or Taner back then I though he won but I took a look and he didn't win either of those fights...Never really liked him so I don't pay that much attention to his fihgts. but Thanks anyway.
