BJ just really needs to work on his cardio! with his training regimen, he can still come in shape for a 5 round fight, he just needs to fill his gas tank. technically he is better then almost anyone in both the WW and LW divisions, probably is the best all around, but cardio is all he lacks. when Tito lost to Frank what happened? he cam back a beast and out lasted everyone he fought. remember when he fought Vitor...Vitor gassed and Tito was still fresh. it's why Hughes was able to pick BJ apart...a gassed fighter is a sitting duck no matter what. the only fighter i remember seeing still pull out victories on an empty tank is Frank Mir, lucky SOB LOL :grinsmile26:
