Some people on this forum seem to think that BJ penn did nothing to Hughes. That he only landed a couple shots and did no damage. They also seem to think that Hughes dominated Penn the entire match. Let's see what everyone thinks.

neither dominated. penn was definitely winning the first and half of the second, but there was no domination on either side until the third round.

This is kinda an unfair poll....the truth is somewhere in the middle, BJ was doing a great job, wasn't completely dominating, but was surely winning, but then Hughes took over and won, not neccesarily just because Bj gassed, IMO.

In my opinion, Penn had the first 2 rounds in his pocket. He messed up Matt's face with some punches, and would have forced Matt to tap if he had a few more seconds.

Then, Matt's response to the fight gives me this conclusion: Matt Hughes, you are a dick.

BJ was better until he crashed.

This poll was only made to prove a point. There was a member of this forum who refused to give Penn any credit for his performance. Due to this, I created this poll to show what most members would think if they only had these two options. This poll was not made to disrespect either fighter and a real poll would include such options as members have mentioned above. I apologize if this has offended anyone and I thank those of you who participated in the poll. If someone would like to make a real poll then I urge you to do so and I would ask an administrator to delete this thread.
