A lot of people give GSP static for being "mentally weak" just because he admits it and seeks appropriate help when he's not feeling confident and focused.
To me, this gives him a tremendous advantage in a testosterone pumped sport where most contenders would never admit to feelings of inadequacy let alone take proper action to nullify and overcome it.
If you're calling into question GSP's mental state and think that every fighter out there doesn't get nervous, anxious, insecure, and downright scared, you're straight up delusional.

In fact, in reality, it's pretty much universal fact that the over-confident tough guy types are the ones who are scared little boys on the inside.

I read a letter in Playboy recently about a guy who would bring all his troubles and frustrations from work and take them out on his family. He realized that he needed to change that so he started what he called his "anger tree". He would put both hands on a tree on his lawn and transfer all the anger and frustration into the tree before entering the house. He claimed that it helped him immensely and he stopped taking things out on his family. He also said that within a year the tree was basically dead. I found that interesting. Take it for what you will.

Can I ask you why? What is it for people like you that makes them hate this guy that much? There are a few fighters that I dislike but losing would do it just fine for me. You straight out must absolutely abhor GSP to make such a statement. Trying to be objective, I can't possibly see what he has ever done for someone to hate him that much.

i dont hate gsp at all. i just hate the people that gurgle his scrotum sweat like it's mouthwash, and I'm a huge Serra fan. I hope Serra decapitates GSP and sends that wittle crybaby into retirement.

Agreed! If Serra wins that place is gonna damn near riot,and I'll be loving every minute of it.

Also I dont really see the point in the brick throwing. I just kinda laughed at it. Serra is in GSPs head big time,imo. I couldnt see Serra doing the same if he lost to GSP. Taking Drago and Longo out to a river,writing GSP on a rock and tossing it into the water. Lmao.
