I tried the snorkel thing for fun when I was running one day and I about passed out. It is so hard to breath.

Iam much more interested to see if it improves Baronis cardio. Wanderlei was already an animal this should only help him if he feels good.

I think they tape a snorkel to your mouth and tape over your nose, to restrict breathing during cardio sessions.
