it's been a minute since I've posted on this site and I was trying to read some of the comments but it was a bunch of hating so I stopped.

I for one, was exactly right, I stated that Rashad would be pissed off about all the haters talking shit and would come out, dominate and finish the fight and that's exactly what happened.

I have been a fan of Rashad's from day 1 of TUF, it's easy to spot the assholes on this site that won't give fighters proper respect after bashing them, too much pride and too many egos.

Get over it, Rashad is in world class shape, dominates the matte, has good standup, creates angles and is a cardio freak.

Undefeated and he will continue that. Griffin would get owned, the only way Rashad is loosing a fight is to Babalu, Tito or Chuck and none of those are a given. I honestly think Rashad would have a much better chance against Chuck than Tito (obviously Chuck owns Babalu) as Rashad is much faster than Tito and his takedowns are just as good if not better, in addition and this is one of the most important factors, Rashad gives great angles while Tito tends to stand still or move side to side but his head stays still.

He would be able to take Chuck to the ground but would have to be very active on the ground and try to wear Chuck down in the first 2 rounds with takedowns and then body punches and elbows to the body.

As of right now, Rashad and Bisping are the future in the UFC LHW division.

For the others, i am seriously getting appalled by some you and what you post. First you guys (not all but the ones that do/did) complain he's boring and can't or doesn't finish. Then he comes out and finishes a fight that i don't think was boring. The thing that made it boring was before he didn't try to improve his position just fell into people's guard and threw small punches with little to no damage and won a decision. This fight he always worked to get a better position not just lay there and got the job done in a very one sided fashion. The other complaints are, it's only one fight and Lamberts not that good?? Yea ONE FIGHT but do people seriously think he's going to get worse and not be able to finish again?? Lambert was labeled as a really good fighter (and he is a pretty decent fighter) but because he gets tossed and handled with ease all of a sudden he's nothing, how about Rashad's wrestling and strength were just too much??

Do people just like to bash people that are still new to the sport?? I must've said this a thousand times aleady, he's still developing people need to realize this and instead of calling him boring notice that he's improving and give the guy credit. All the wrestlers start this way and improve like Hughes, Lindland, and Couture. Can he beat Tito....what kind of question is that?? You want him to be a superstar over night....give him time and then ask that question, like 1 1/2-2 years from now. I will say, i think he can beat Forrest. The guy is a classact also and never shit talks anyone, just a nice guy which is also a reason reading shit like this drives me nuts. People should be behind guys like him and be encouraging, there are some assholes out there fighting that deserve this but not this guy. He will be a title contender in that time frame i just gave, mark my words.

I agree with you on most of that Cruz...while i agree it was a really good fight and i found myself actually screaming at rashaad to finish him when he got his back a couple times...i am one of those ppl that don't like him too well but i thought for once it was a really good fight and i'm glad he finished a fight for once lol...if next fight i see him do more and get better i might change my mind about him...but there is something about him that i find boring...maybe after that last fight with lambert he will keep improving =)
