Dude this makes a huge difference, instead of Sherk being subbed in the first 3 minutes, Penn will sub him in 4 minutes instead lol.

I believe this because Penn knows if he loses to Sherk, Sherk won't let him live it down, also Penn will look like a fool for all the shit he talked.

I see Penn as being very motivated. I know he toyed with Jens but i have a feeling Penn is going to try getting this fight over as fast as he can.

The fight probably imo will go something like this. Sherk and Penn come out they strike, Penn beats Sherk to the punch, starts landing over and over, he hurts Sherk a little and sherk goes for the take down. He doesn't get it, he tries again and fails. They go back trading and it looks the same as before this time Penn rocks sherk and Sherk goes straight back for a take down. End of the round, same shit in the second round, but after being hurt standing again Sherk goes for another take down but gets a knee to the face and drops, Penn pounces pounding away on Sherk, Sherk turns an gives up his back, Penn sinks in a RNC and Sherk passes out.

No tap just goes to sleep.

Nice story right lol. I see the fight going like that, pretty much going like the GSP fight but a sub finish.

I agree with Dork. I think that both fighters will most likely train like mad. BJ better be in tip top condition. This should be a great example of superior skill and ability overcoming superior strength and conditioning.

I say should because as we all know not everything in MMA goes like it should every time.

I do understand your point of view. I just think it's incorrect. I also think Sherk is going to come in and be the best, most agressive fighter we've ever seen. he's got a LOT more to prove in this fight than BJ Penn in my opinion.

The sucky part is that I like BJ a lot more. I do like Sherk, but not nearly as much. I just don't think it's going to be quite as nuts as everyone else thinks.

Sherk can train with whoever he wants for this fight but no one can duplicate BJ's 4 armed dexterity. He better be grappling with 2 BJJ black belts to get ready for Penn.

I think Sherk is just working with this guy to perfect his style of dry humping for 25 mins while inflicting minimal damage. I mean I know he isn't gonna franca him and go from guard to half gaurd, to side control, to mount, to taking his back, to rubber gaurd, to donkey gaurd, to butterfly guard without hurting bj one bit......

But i'm sure they are drilling sub defense, but i will tell you this, this guy is not anywhere near as flexible and doesn't have the dexterity BJ has....and that in and of itself it a whole different monster....
