I dont have HD myself but I do have access to it over a friends house. But I'm not going out of my way to see the dream card. Its not that good. I probably wont even bother to download or youtube it but just read the results. I might show up with a case of beer for the rumored strikeforce card though.

Not sure if anyone responded to this. I didn't read the whole thread. But the answer is no, you won't be able to get it. an SD (standard definition) TV cannot recieve HD channels. It isn't capable of the resolution

Not even through a converter box like the ones to receive broadcast HD?

yeah. see the problem isn't the incoming stream, it's the fact that the TV can't handle that high resolution.

Ever tried to use a resolution on your computer that was too high? it's the same problem.

It's not like the incoming feed can be either HD or SD. it's HD only. This is also why if you have HD you'll notice you have two versions of your local channels in the guide. One of them is HD and the other is SD. so you can choose which to watch.
