I also dont see how Hughes' win wasnt impressive. The guy was getting beat for the first two rounds, then in round 3 just finished the fight. I really dont buy that rib excuse either because I havent seen any doctor say anything or Dana. Penn has never been one to be able to fight longer then 2 rounds anyway. |
You're on point, and add to the fact that with every fight he loses he has some sort of excuse, usually he blames the refs (GSP, Pulver)
As bad as Arlovski may have looked in the last Sylvia fight, he made no excuses, refused to comment on his knee. He took the lose like a man and gave credit to Tim, I wish more fighters were like that. Their are times when fighters get screwed, but it usually gets lost because when it comes to big fights, the loser generally has excuses.
