Best in the LHW eh...that's a pretty bold statement.
You could be right though. I personally haven't seen it yet...any fights off the top of your head that really exemplifies his boxing?

i dont understand why so many of you think he would lose anything or not be able to make 185..i think he might gain speed and match up better against those guys..if rich franklin is 6"1 and walks around at 220..im sure that a wrestler who has probably cut weight every match his entire life can make 185 and be healthy..rashad is not that big i met him personally at ufc 57..

I dont think its bold at all who else has better boxing then him?

i said origiannly he had striking ability..thats what he showcased on the show..he cant strike with chuck tho..and i think he he went to war on the feet with griffen, that forrest would come out on top..i think it would come down to the wire but i think griffen would squeeze out the w..and i think that bisping has more to offer on his feet than most of the guys at lhw..

Ya Rashad cannot stand with Chuck, Chucks standup is definently better but if Rashad keeps improving itll end up bein like the Rampage fight, Rampage could tkae Chuck down cuz he could stand with chuck.. Rampage too has good boxing. Once Rashad reaches his prime hes gonna be like a Mini-Rampage, good boxer with very good wrestlings.
