I agree. People dont realize that the mental aspect of the game is the most important and if you go in there with the kinds of thoughts i believe sherk will have with BJ he will lose.

All it takes is Sherk to make 1 mistake and he's fucked. Chances are, he's probably going to be fighting with his emotions, and he'll lose very quickly doing that against a fighter the caliber of BJ Penn.

but seriously yeah BJ hasn't prepared for fights the proper way in the past. he has owned up to that numerous times, and is now training like a champion should.

Sherk, blood, sweat, tears, and steroids! you know Sherk would have a lot more respect from fans if he'd just admit he juiced. as much as people dislike a guy like Tim Sylvia, they can respect him more because he owned up to using roids. Franca owned up to using roids. admit what you did!

two more weeks and Sherk is gunna be on the recieving end of a serious beating! and if he happens to make it to round 3,4, and 5 he'll have been beaten up so bad that the fight will be taken out of him anyways. then we'll really see Sherk's blood, sweat, and tears! Sherk couldnt finish Florian or Franca...he's NOT finishing BJ!!!

Sherk is an angry little gnome. Sure he's pissed at BJ, but he's probably more angry that daily doses of HGH still haven't gotten him tall enough to ride roller coasters yet. Good thing UFC doesn't test for that yet, when it does you'll be able to hang Sherky from a key chain.

Are people so stupid that they don't know you can flush your system of certain roids before a test??? There are a lot of ways around it. It matters how you dose.

I also would like to clear up some confusion HGH (not addressing you directly grambino) is not steroids People confuse the two HGH is Human Growth Hormone and has no effect on athletic performance. Studies show this over and over again. It does however slow breakdown and increase gains. Deca, Dianabol, and Winstrol are roids thats why people say "Do you take vitmin D!!" There is a big difference.

It's not just the Roids that would make Sherk getting an ass beating very satisfying...It's things like watching him and Matt Hughes jerk eachother off while they smiled and laughed at GSP's loss to Serra.

It was great seeing GSP dominate Hughes the second time and it's going to be great watching BJ dismantle Sherk.

No doubt Sean is a great athlete but I honestly can't see this ending any other way than a Penn victory probably in the second round. Maybe the third.
