I'm a fan of both, but I think Wandy can pull this out. He needs to do what Houston did to Jardine, try and put as much pressure on him as possible.
I predict Silva via TKO due to knees, late round one. But I never have and never will count out a guy like Jardine. He always fights smart, and hes tough as nails. I also could see him KOing Wand in the later rounds.
Regardless its gonna be one nasty fight.

I'm a big advocate of Jardine, but I don't know if he's got a big chance here to be honest. I don't see Wanderlei getting frustrated like Chuck did... If Chuck had started being offensive, rather than attempting to counterpunch, he may have won; the few strikes he landed were hurting Jardine.
Jardine is definitely going to be bringing a good gameplan. But, like they say, everything changes when you get punched in the face. The article mentions something I think will play a big role; the clinch and Silva's muay thai.
I could ramble about this fight all day, I think it is a very good match up. People hate on Jardine, but he's a smart, dangerous fighter with a great camp behind him. My heart tells me Wandy takes this, but my brain keeps casting doubt on that the more I consider Jardine's style. We've seen how his awkward style has completely fucked with his opponents, and he has good power in his punches.
I smell highlight reel, one way or another.

If Wandy can lock in a thai clinch, I can see him doing what Anderson did to Rich, but thats a big if, since I see Jardine trying to keep Wandy at a distance with leg kicks. But I gotta call this Wandy, tko by knees, rd1.

its going to be one hell of a fight. it could go either way. but for some reason. i could see wand wrestling. i dont think wand's going to ko jardine. tko if anything. i would be funny if wand sub him though. and i bet anyone he's not going to unload knee's like people think he is. but i hope im wrong. he's too tall and i bet jardine's working on his knee defense, and will be more successful in it than rampage ever was.

Jardine is pretty tall isnt he? I dont think Wand will be able to thai clinch him as easily as some of you think he will.
Jardine will have the height and reach advantage and I think he has a good chance of winning the fight by decision if he comes in with a similar strategy as he did with Liddell. He should stick and move, stay on the outside, and avoid standing and trading
Either way, Im rooting for Wanderlei

Rooting for Wandy, but Jardine's reach and weird striking style may just give Silva some fits.

I'm still thinking Jardine by decision... I expect a brutal fight... | no offense but i couldn't disagree more
Jardine's best bet at winning this fight is his leg kicks, he doesn't stand a chance in hell if he stands and trades haymakers with wandy, which is what wandy is going to force him to do
wandy is more light on his feet than liddell and like the article said he'll actually check what kicks jardine does throw
silva is way to quick and aggressive for jardine's leg kicks to even be effective in this fight...silva is going to start throwing haymakers and is going to get inside on keith and unleash some brutal knees...and sorry keith but you can't throw sloppy as leg kicks when you have 2 hands wrapped around your head and you are repeatedly getting kneed in the face and are soon to be unconcious.
wandy by tko 1st rd
i seriously think this is a horrible stylistic matchup for jardine, i don't see much of a chance for him.
