I'd rather see Forrest fight Chuck than Rashad, but Rashad might win between him and Forrest. Griffin's ground game is questionable and Rashad has the takedowns to keep him on the ground and wait out a title shot.

IF RASHAD FIGHTS CHUCK
It will stay on the feet, even if Rashad can get past Chuck's sprawl and gets a takedown. Chuck will use the fence and get back up, probably KO Rashad in the 1st.

IF FORREST FIGHTS CHUCK

This would go further than the 1st round, but wouldn't go too much farther. Forrest has a way to match intensity of whoever he is fighting and can take punishment to boot. He cannot, however, match Chuck punch for punch and he wouldn't be able to take him down.

The LHW fight pool doesn't have anybody to beat Chuck yet. Even Franklin would have a better chance gaining to 205 and fighting Chuck than anybody else in the pool. Unless Tito can pull an upset (which he very well can) I don't see Chuck losing the belt for another 4-5 fights, possibly to a punchers chance.

if Rashad can beat Tito, he can hang with Chuck but beatin Forrest doesnt prove crap and excuse me for sounded biased towards Rashad I just dont see Forrest winnin this fight at all
you are intitled to your opinion thats what this site is about...i dont know if beating tito means rashad can hang with chuck...chuck crushed tito..i dont think we can say much until we see how the second figth goes..if tito puts up a great fight and chuck wins by decision..and then rashad beats tito..i might agree that rashad could hang with chuck..as it stands right now tho..beating tito doesnt mean you can hang with chuck for anybody imo..for example..there is a good chance that if tito hadnt scored that last take down against griffen..the judges might have scored in favor of forrest..i knew when tito got the take down he won the fight..because the was the only offensive thing that really happened in rd 3..forrest knows he isnt ready..we all know he isnt..but i dont think rashad is either..

rich wouldnt dream of doing that..chuck would ko him 30 seconds in rd one..it would be another massacre...thats why rich dropped down so he could be the bigger stronger fighter.

I agree 100%. I'm saying that even though he would be taken out, he has a better chance than the remaining UFC LHW pool.

Afro, i agree wit you 100%.
To put either of these two guys in the cage with Chuck at this point is not only short-sighted in regards to the development of both guys careers but also short-sighted on the future of their bizness.

The fact is that both these guys have huge U.S. fanbases (if not name recognition for you haters out there) that would love to see these guys fight. The improvement in their skills and better opponents mean more quality UFC events down the line.

To play them off now, when such a fight would neither be a main event or precursor to the winner being a worthy number one contender just doesn't make sense.

Yawn!
Let see Bisping's ass in the Octagon, bright lights, slightly better competition before mail the number one ranking to him...

And for the record, Rashad can kick his can anyday!

Wow! The division is weak, thats all i have to say! I like both and think that in three or four years they'll be the cream of the crop at lhw (in the UFC), but right now NO! Chuck should just move up to hw lol

???? Bisping??? He hasn't fought anyone! Let him at least win a fight before he gets any kind of shot.
