did anyone ever expect Angle to do any kind of MMA? NO!

and the grappling match with Randy...if it was pure wrestling, Angle would eat him alive. but anything else MMA and Randy has it without question.

I can see him coming in and making a fool out of himself and challenging someone like Dan Henderson right in the get go.

The man only weighs about 200 lbs at this point in time and has no MMA experience. Obviously he'd lose to any Heavyweight or Light Heavyweight fighter with any kind of reasonable skill.

In a straight wrestling match things would be different though.

He'll sit out for a little while then go back to wrestling and talking trash about how he could pound any MMA fighter into the ground. Why will he do this? Because he's nucking futs. He will end up paralyzed at some point. He's obsessed with becoming the best pro wrestler ever, which is impossible because it's totally subjective in the first place.
