The main event is awesome on this one, bringing back the lw belt is cool, but I don't think Florian is deserving of the title shot, but what do I know the guy I thought should be fighting for it just lost to Dumbo's son. I am excited to see how Fisher fights with the time to train for it. I hope Edwards is on it, I would like to see him get back on track. (thugjitsu is the shit) It's funny to see how many fights the lw are getting, at 63 5 of the 10 fights were lw. I do like that they are bringing over more Japanese fighters, even though people are saying they are cans, hopefully it will translate into a deeper fighter pool in the long run.

but yeah, i agree.....i don't think that florian should be fighting for the belt either. or anyone yet at that matter. has sherk even fought as a lw?
the lw division shure is getting interesting though!!

the lw division shure is getting interesting though!! | Sherk was fighting at ww in UFC, but that is because there wasn't a lw div. for a while. as soon as it came back he announced that was his natural weight class. It's deffinately exciting to see all the action lw is getting now though, I think the casual fan will enjoy that division alot because those guys can't really just lay on each other like the heavier guys can. It makes for more spectacular fights.

why are they putting ross pointing on PPV, hes awfull. He likes to bang but hes no MMA fighter. Hes never been past the 1st round and always gets choked out or submited in less then 2 minutes. GARBAGE

People like KOs and subs, plus he makes for good interviews. I like him, he's just not very good at competitve fighting.

I just saw that Kotani is 2-10! He's gonna get mauled. Hironaka on the other hand has beaten Nick Diaz and is 10-2 overall. Might be a decent fight.

Pointon = recognizable crappy fighter that will give Luke Cummo a lift.
Luke Cummo was quite popular during TUF series and I am sure Dana is trying to market the guy and build him up to have another soap opera fights. He isn't good enough to be a contender. He's good as a filler.
