Think about it, Elite lost 28 million dollars last year, IFl is losing their ass off, etc. Affliction will be the same and will be gone in a year if people don't order this shit.

Affliction is putting on the best card this year, period (this card is on par, if not better than PRIDE 33 and PRIDE OWGP Finals). No ones NYE card is even going to come close to this card and if you want cards like this in the future, pay for the PPV.

And order EliteXC PPV's as well, this is the ONLY way the UFC gets competition and is FORCED to give us good cards, otherwise James Irvin's goign to be headlining pretty soon, feel me?

Oh and does anyone else see what i'm seeing? If Fedor beats Timmy and Barnett beats Rizzo... NYE Fedor vs Barnett!

Bro this card is going to be one of the best cards in the 15 year history of the sport. With YAMMA we had that ridiculous wall and a card infested with 40+ year old fighters (I didn't order it), AFFLICTION Banned is stacked full of world class fighters and the matchups are sickening.

This event is very exciting, it's going to be the biggest drawing debut event in the history of the sport. I think we are baout to see something pretty amazing.

For anyone doing the money struggle thing, invite friends and tellem to bring 5 bux. Thats what I always do, and just provide drinks and chips. i break even pretty much on every event so I get a free pay per view. Its nice to know a lot of guys that like MMA heh

I couldn't agree more. All the arguments made about a fighter's benefits and pay, that's all moot if people steal it in mass numbers. If these other organizations that can provide competition to the UFC are going to survive, we have to get the PPVs that we sit here and post about ALL DAY. Support your favorite fighters by buying their product, not stealing it.

Ok back down from the soap box. This is going to be some great National exposure for fighters that aren't as well known in the states by the casual fans. I hope Affliction has come great advertising planned for this event.

Although the card has a lot of talent, I think that a lot of the fighters are kinda boring to watch. Not many Timmah fans out there for jab festivals.... Lindland is a lay and pray master... Arlovski isn't the same he used to be but if he is fighting Rothwell this could be one of the better fights. Barnett vs. Rizzo should be one sided.

All in all the talent pool is great, but most likely a bunch of 1 sided fights. I would imagine the betting lines on most of these to be 5 to 1. Not gonna order it.
