yeah that video is crappy...the quality sucks bad! isn't Hominick fighting at UFC 65 too? against Stevenson right?

Hominick is fighting Stevenson also in November, he stays pretty active. He has already fought 4 times this year, 2 times in TKO and 2 in UFC.

Hominick vs EDIT Guillet may be interesting- but I was far more intrigued by Hominick versus Hioki 2 or Hominick versus Menjivar

It isn't Goulet, it is Samuel Guillet. Hominick fights at 145 for TKO.

You can find everything here : The weights, the weigh-ins video (better quality than the one you saw, some light were add with a video editor), all the weigh-ins pics and about 10 video interviews. All about TKO 27 weigh-ins
The reason why the video and pictures are bad is that the weigh-ins took place in a theatre (Paramount) and all the lights were close so they can use the giant cinema screen to present videos.
