[Mungo]

Smoogys top 10 list it's is one of the best rankings on the internet imo but there are still a few placements that make me cringe when I see them. This is kind of my revised version of his list and I'd like to hear what you guys think of it.

Heavyweight

Good but not great.

here are my problems w/ your list....

Brock Lesnar is higher than Cain Velasquez and Eddie Sanchez. He is 0 -1 in the UFC. His loss to Frank Mir still doesn't make him better than Sanchez (10-1) and Cain (3-0) No matter how you look it at Brock SHOULD NOT be infront of these guys.

Rashad Evans should be higher than 10.

Leben might be a few places too high.

WW is fine except I dont think Matt Serra should be on any list. That is my opinion and I'll get flamed for it. OH well.

LW is good too.

Actually I agree with you on everything except Leben and Serra I like where there at.

i like the list but Lesnar IMO is not top 10,,and just looking @ that list makes me realize how friggin weak the Heaveyweight Div. is,,anytime Werdum is #2,,thats pretty bad


i also think Maynard and Diaz should switch @ the 9 and 10 spot

LHW is pretty good but id move Rashad up over T Silva

WW is spot on IMO

MW is good as well but Leben is a bit high IMO

all in all it was a good list.. props

the first thing that popped out to me was Brock Lesnar is top ten?

if thats true then the UFC HW division is really that weak.

Pretty good rankings. I dont think Hendo sho be #2 in the MW division though. 2 straight loses. Id give 2 to Franklin,or even Okami.

I wouldn't rank Leben top 10. He's only won two in a row, over C level fighters, and he's 3 and 3 in his last six.

My biggest issue is where you've placed Marquardt...he's only lost to A. Silva in the UFC, and with a slick sub win of Horn, there is no way he's below Leben.

I'd also place Cachorrao above him, he's been out of the game for a while but his last fight didn't give any indication that he's lost a step.

Cases can be made for Cote, Quarry, Palhares and Kampmann to be above him as well.

Chris is a game fighter, he's just not top 10.
