BJ by rear naked choke, but not before taking GSP's face apart with superior stand up. BJ won't tire like last time and he'll continue what he started in the first round of the last fight. That beating will lead to the RNC in the second.

Not taking anything away from BJ, but that extra weight on GSP is not going to be from twinkies. It will be pure muscle. | It's a valid point, I think BJ conditions better at lightweight but, BUT BJ has shown and proven a new found dedication and work ethic to be the best period...
I have full confidence that if this fight takes place you can expect a conditioned Penn at 170. Penn's game has never really been the strength card but he certainly has power and strength.
The great thing about this fight is it can go anywhere and be decided anywhere at anytime...
I wouldn't dream about making a prediction other than look for GSP to fight conservatively (fight to his strengths) and BJ to come in prime condition...

And what the hell would Penn do after a win over GSP? Anderson SIlva? Loyoto? Wandy? | My only reservation here is what weight will it be at? BJ's been in amazing shape, but he's also been fighting at 155... This is a pick 'em on paper, but I'd love to know what weight the bout will be at.

I can't see GSP getting below 170 so it would almost have to be there. BJ is fine with that anyway. I don't think he had any plans to stay at 155. He's beaten Pulver and now wants to get back his other losses. If he fought Silva I'm sure it would be at a catch weight of 175. Silva and Okami fought at 170 weight class and both weighed 174 for that fight so that's doable for Silva pretty easily.

I have to agree with others, in-shape BJ takes GSP.
In this fight the only advantage GSP has is size and possibly wrestling.
BJ still has impeccable takedown defense, BJJ and BJ's striking is quicker.
BJ softens GSP up with strikes then takes his back for a RNC.
BJ - GSP III - in 2009.

GSP has improved alot since they last fought. With that and his strength/size advantage I think GSP would prove too much for him.
Even though I think GSP will take it I wouldn't be surprised if things went BJ's way.He is just a phenominal fighter who wins fights. No ifs, ands,or buts.

Those 2 wins alone, IMO have cleaned that division out enough for Penn to walk away from it. He has more to prove at 170 IMO because his last 2 losses came at 170.

Its funny that BJ Penn has better conditioning at LW according to sum when hes only completely gassed at LW.. he completely gassed vs Pulver and Uno.. but vs GSP he didnt gas, he got winded.. vs Hughes it was an injury.. fact is.. the BJ Penn we see right now is in the best shape of his life and I cant see him gassing like he did in the past.. and as his record has shown.. hes only performed poorly or lost when his own conditioning came into play.

Penn is an obsessive compolsive freak... he wanted to learn Jiu-Jitsu and became a black belt in 4 years and a BB world champ in 5 years. He wanted to fight MMA and was fighting for a UFC title after only 6 months of training. He wanted to see if he could Hughes (who was the best MMA fighter at the time in North America) and destroyed him, he wanted to get in shape and he got in phenominal shape in less then a year... with all that said; if he moves back up to fight GSP how long do you think it will take him to add 10 pounds of pure muscle? 6 months? Lol, he probably is already starting to bulk up for the possibily of a NYE fight with GSP as we speak.

No way B.J goes 5 rounds without gassing at 170 the pace will be too intense for him, GSP takes it by 4rd TKO!
