| Affliction Cage or Ring?
Delete/move if repost.
I personally like the Cage because it even's the field of play for wrestlers and boxers.
Bigger opponents can hold/push you against cage, while ring will drop people outside.
Cage vs Ring
1 being least important
10 being most important
I put the importance of this at 8! For Cage!

if you go to ticketmaster.com and look at the seating plan it shows "CAGE" in the middle of the seating plan so I would assume its going to be a cage and not a ring

I prefer a cage because the ref doesn't have to stop the action to move them back in the center of the ring. 8 for importance

I prefer the ring, but that may just be a lingering effect of missing Pride.

i prefer the ring. at live events it much easier watching the fights.
plus i like the fact that the ring (pridefc) was much smaller than the octagon. space is limited so no fighter can pull off a Starnes.

I like both. I'm raised on the ring ropes because I followed boxing as a kid and everytime I think of epic I think of ring (PRIDE really upped the epic ante). Yeah I love the ring but I like the cage. Hope that makes sense.

i think they need some kind of modified cage that is easier to see through.
but i like the cage better anyways.

I prefer the ring, and I believe they have already released that it was gonna be held in a ring. So im pretty stoked for that. I think the ring makes fights much more exciting. Take downs are harder to get and only truly skilled fighters can do it in a ring. Also, The Muay Thai clinch is more effective in the ring because in a cage its easy to defend against it. Unless your rich franklin. Dont expect to see Wanderlei Silva or Shogun getting anyone in a Muay Thai clinch like they did in Pride. I dunno, I just think a ring makes the fight much more exciting and a cage slows everything down.

To my knowledge, Affliction will be in the ring, not the cage.
I am almost 100% positive of that.
I don't mind either one. They both have their goods and bads.
