| Seth Petruzelli fought his ASS off!
Nevermind the judges decision (29-28, 30-27, 29-28 all for Hamill) - Seth fought his ass off!
Much love to CFZ Radio's own. Great first showing in the UFC. I'm already hearing from Cruz that Seth was probably even robbed by the judges. I'll let him state his case.

I wouldn't say robbed...I myself thought seth would pull out a K.O., matt hammill's punches were extremely sloppy and slow, my god his striking really needs some work, it has probably improved only a tiny bit since his appearance on the ultimate fighter, if seth would have forced hammill to stand up that fight would have been his, whenever hammill would stand up with seth, bad things happened for matt.
I thought hammill was the clear winner, he came out took seth down a lot whenever seth would start getting into a striking rhythm, seth looked a little tired out there not to mention he had blood running all into his eyes blurring his vision and hammill was constantly driving the elbow into the cut to make it worse.
Hammill's ground and pound needs a lot more work, he basically did what every new wrestler does and lay within the opponent's guard and throw a few minor punches and elbows. The only time I saw seth picking up any momentum was after that spinning kick that cut him but he didn't really take advantage and got taken down again but I though hammill took it all the way.

That a bias opinion obviously.. But Seth fought like a warrior and definatley belongs in the UFC. I wish they didnt put him up against the colasal wrestler for his first fight in the UFC but he'll be back.

Seth fought his heart out and has nothing to be ashamed about, but by no means was he robbed. Your friendship with Seth seems to be clouding your objectivity.

If that fight is in a different spot, I think Seth might pull it out and actually knock him out. But honestly, Seth spent the majority of the fight defending from his back. He didn't get robbed, but he did fight hard, just didn't do enough damage throughout the fight.

Seth definitely should be brought back to UFC, but probably will be on a prelim in his next fight.

Seth showed a lot of heart. Looked in good shape too. Tough to have that eye swell up so early in the fight. I think when he watches the fight though he's gonna see some missed opportunities. Good fighters always learn from losses, so Seth should be back better than eva.

Yeah...Seth fought a good fight. He deserves to be in the UFC. I was a bit dissapointed with Hamil. I know he won..but ELEVEN MONTHS OF TRAINING?
