Televised card confirmed The Ultimate Fighter 7 Finale | MMAjunkie.com

The thing that jumps out is how many guys ARE NOT fighting on the card from the show. This has to be a record for fewest guys from their season on the finale. And can anyone explain to me how Matt Riddle got on the main card but Tim Credeur didn't? And Matt Arroyo vs Matt Brown is prelims? There are a few prelim matches I'd rather see over main card fights.

There are way too few guys from the show that didn't make it on to the finale. I really wanted to see Brandon and Gerrald fight again. I wonder if they giuys who didn't make it on to the finale are getting cut or being saved for a card in the future? I wish the Matt v. Matt fight was on the main card. that is going to be a great fight and I am rooting for Arroyo to get the sub. I don't like the idea of Dante being on the main card because all he does is LnP. I guess they are hoping Riddle gets another KO. I would have also liked to have seen Cramer fight Cale instead of Tim because I have no doubt those two would swing for the fences. But I do see Tim subbing Cale pretty quickly. But what I really want to know is what happens to the guys who didn't make this card? I hope they don't all get cut befor at least getting one fight in the UFC.

Normally if the UFC is bringing them back, they bring them back for the finale first to see what happens and then make the decision. With all the recent cuts they've made, I'm not surprised the UFC didn't bring back a bunch of the guys who lost on the show. I'm very surprised they put Matt Riddle on the main card and put Tim on the prelims. Not very fair IMO. And Matt Brown-Matt Arroyo would be a good fit for the main card too.

Instead of starting another thread for fight picks here are my picks for this event:
Tanner over Grove
Rooting for Amir but CB takes it (hope I'm wrong)
Sanchez over Luigi
Fisher over Stephens
Dante over Riddle (send him out of the UFC for good Dante please)
Burkman over Hazellet
Arroyo over Brown (rooting for Brown but he's too raw, needs to develop his talent)
Eastman over McFedries
Lister over Horn (interesting to see if Tito shows in Lister's corner)
Credeur over Yarborough

Well Brandon Sene is a regular on a local radio station but I haven't been home to hear if he got the boot or not. Hopefully they announce something soon.

Why in the dick would they air Riddle/Rivera over Lister/Horn?!

I wouldn't call it getting the boot. They aren't offered contracts after the show is over unless the UFC is impressed by them. I think the UFC was just less impressed with some of the guys and didn't offer many of them any deals. You can't really get the boot when you're not invited in the first place. I would have taken any number of guys over Matt Riddle though. The guys a joke.

I am pretty sure they all get some sort of contract for making it on to the show. It might be a one fight contract but I am sure they all get something unless they do something to get kicked off the show which would void that contract.
