It's actually the name Silva that gets me the most. Wanderlei, Anderson, Thiago, Giant, Antonio, among others. Thiago, not so much. It's a very popular name in both Brazil and Portugal, as it's the Portuguese form of the name James (don't ask me how, it just is). And yes, as you may have guessed, it's so popular because it's a biblical name...just like the name Matthew among English-speakers.

There some guys at my brothers work that keep getting Wanderlei Silva mixed up with Anderson Silva, how do you get those guys confused?
Yeah Japanese fighters are the hardest but wait till China starts devolving MMA fighters, so many Lee's and Chang's.
