Why are people bitching so much about wanting to see Franklin fight?? Ever since I saw Palharres fight I've been running match ups in my head that he could have, and for some reason Hendo never crossed my mind (he is still a 205'er in my mind I guess)
This is not an easy fight for neither man, it's a great fucking match up and I really wish it happens and that injuries and all that BS stays away from this one.
My dilema here is who to root for, Palharres was really impressive and I def. want to see more of him. And then theres Hendo who's one of my favorite fighters... so yea, I'm gonna root for Hendo but hope that Palharres shows some skills as well. At this point Palharres could lose to Hendo and there would be no shame in that and I'm sure he would get another chance, if Hendo loses... damn I don't even want to imagine that scenario.

this is a great matchup. palhares looked really good in his debut. im really interested to see his toughness and striking skills against hendo.

Palhares can win this fight. I'm not too sure how he is going to get Henderson to the ground but I think Toquinho is going to sub Hendo.

I think Palhares is going to sub Hendo, although I do not want to see Hendo lose 3 straight, I think it will happen.

This should be a very good match. My only little concern is that Palhares is like a pretty short dude. Sherdog has him listed at 5'8". This will be a great fight and Hendo NEEDS this and if Palhares wins then consider this match his coming out party.
I would have loved to have seen Franklin/Hendo go at it but I have no qualms about this match-up.

Seems like this can be a pretty easy match-up for Hendo if hes smart.. never in a million years should Palhares be able to take Hendo down, only if Hendo is careless or underestimates Palhares severly should someone of Palhares' skillset be able to take down an olympian in wrestling.. with that said I see Hendo keeping it on the feet and scoring the win. Even with Palhares on his back.. Hendo doesnt have crappy sub D.. he got sub'd by Anderson sure but Anderson rocked him pretty hard first.. dont see Palhares being able to do that.. Hendo has faced plenty of great BJJ pracs in his time.. some even better BJJ pracs then Palhares.
