You'll be geting more ranting from me. These boxing guys dont know shit about the sport of MMA yet they're the ones regulating it? It just doesnt make sense. 1st and foremost judging an MMA fight like how you would judge boxing is abysmal.

In PRIDE

The 10 minute first round promoted more finishes. The yellow card promoted more activity. 4 point attacks also promoted more finishes.

See everyone gets its twisted when they call me a PRIDE nuthugger. I'm not. I'm a PRIDE RULES nuthugger. There is a difference. IF the ACs were to adopt the same rules MMA would be even more exciting!

It would be really fuckin cool if say California decides to tell NSAC to fuck off and adopt PRIDE rules. This could bring events from DREAM to California. Affliction could host more events in california with these rules. I personally think the casual fan would love seeing more finishes. (As well as seeing something "new" to MMA)

It was very rare to see a decision in PRIDE and when you saw one they were usually wars. (Thank MR YELLOW CARD) So yeah. PRIDE RULES is MMA imo. THE AC's rules suck ass.

Well California can adopt any rules they want and NSAC has no authority over California.
A.B.C. is making up these new rules to the unified rules of MMA. The problem is all the athletic commissions including the ABC are run by boxing guys.
They want turn MMA into the boxing would be surprised if next time around they implement thicker gloves. I don't trust these boxing guys at all.

ultimate boxing anyone? seriously these guys need to be cleaned out. I wonder if Ken Shamrock or Keith Hackney would want a job in the CSAC.

just becuase light heavyweight is changed to 225 doesn't mean there won't be a 205 division lol, it just won't be called lightheavyweight. Trust me, this won't change that much
