Hmm, per Sherdog his professional record is only 3-0 (including one split decision victory), against opponents with a total record of 13-10.
If this guy doesn't pan out, I'm going to start calling him Joe "Dana White Action Figure" Duarte.

It may be a bit too much pressure to put on a kid with only 3 fights. Naming him the Next Anderson Silva can only be really good or he'll just be a disappointment.

Couple other MMA boards have him being listed as "The Next Anderson" | Watched the two fights on his site. The first one tells nothing (fighting a can). The second one showed some skills, but not much to go on. He was taken down pretty easily. Nice reversal, and some good work from on top.
Not sure how far he has come since these fights though.

He has potential being 24,and having some good skills to start with,he could very well turn out to be an excellent fighter.I really hope he pans out,because there needs to be more competition at 155 for BJ.In time Joe Duarte could be a top 155er!

Everybody destroys people, until they get to the UFC that is. He looks tough but we'll see. He has potential.

Sure he did with his HW division it is the Next Anderson of the HW. Give me a break. Nice try to spin and compete with the HW division of Affliction.

There's some top notch opponents for you. The commentator says "He needs to go back to the drawing board" meanwhile, the fight wasn't even over yet.
