Meh... he's just trying to be like Anderson Silva. He could never be the next him.

After watching his videos the only thing i see that is in common between him and Anderson is that they'd both describe themselves as muay thai and JJ fighters.

The guy is in good condition but considering his fight with that out of shape, trained in his own garage, mat wrestler, was earlier this year, it's hard to believe he'll be as good as Dana is making him out to be.

You guys do realize that if TUF 8 is scheduled to premeir in August, that the show has probably already finished taping right? Dana probably made that statement because he's already seen all of the kid's fights on the show.

That was a thought I had, which is why I worded it as "That being said, I'll be interested to have a look at the kid and see what he does with his opponents on the show."

I haven't heard a lot of TUF rumors, but I don't really keep up that closely with TUF rumors. So I'm not really sure if that show has finished taping or not.

why the hell would Dana come out and say such a dumb thing? First of all, that just puts huge pressure on a guy. Second, with such statement, we can pretty much figure he will win all his fights during the show unless there is freak injury that takes him out. Why not just let the viewers see the fights and figure it out themselves in time? But then, I guess Dana's words don't really mean anything these days.

its Sean Sifky, not sure about the spelling on his last name but, i know he is on season 8 because, he's my buddy and we talk alot.

Wow..The Name and Face looks so familer. I think I was stationed with this guy at FT Lewis, WA Going to Iraq between 2003-2005. Assigned to the Med-Hold status for a few months. After reading his bio I'm pretty sure its him. Glad to see him doing well.
