I can see how it looks horrible lol | I think that perception has changed over the years... The fights drawing the biggest crowds are haven't been the heavy weights in YEARS!!! That goes for Boxing or MMA. Fight fans like action, and that just isn't in the Heavy weight divisions, though I think it is more so in MMA than in Boxing...

It's just a mutated version of what holds your pants up - it doesn't necessary mean you're best in an organisation, let alone world.

I can see how it looks horrible lol | Yeah you can for sure make the argument that the Affliction HW division is the best in MMA right now. And as far as top level talent you are correct. Although on a side note if Affliction is indeed wanting to establish a reputable organization they need to sign more up and coming talent bc there HW division is so top heavy. But all in good time if they stick around.
Anyway, my problem is not with the Afflicition HW division it's with WAMMA in general. They want to be the sanctioning body of MMA and intend their titles to be the title of all titles in MMA. However, without the UFC on bored with they are pretty much not a factor imo. I mean seriously if it was not for Affliction coming around and signing all of this top level HW talent you would not be hearing dick about WAMMA.

Without a doubt, PRIDE had the best belts. Those suckers were huge!

they spent all thier money on fighters, wasnt much left for a belt i guess..
They have the best HW division out of anyone, but people dont think the HW division is the most exciting... something doesn't add up

| In my mind problem is that it is not Affliction HW belt it is WAMMA HW belt. If Affliction went with their own title ( and not WAMMA ) than you can make the argument that it means something cause they have best HWs. But this way it only gives legitimacy to WAMMA ( at the end of the day they can say that Fedor has their HW belt )
