Congrats to Forrest!
It was a VERY close exciting fight.Forrest put the big I'm for real stamp on with this fight even though it was a close one.
The bigger test will be the title defences he will face in stacked LHW division.Looking forward to it!
I'm sure it wont be long we will see Quinton making another run for the title.Either way I want to see a rematch.

I honestly never in a million years thought Forrest was gonna beat Rampage; I was hoping like a madman that he would, but man, I'm still sitting here in disbelief. I'm so stoked cuz I've been a Forrest Fan ever since the first time I saw him fight but I never thought he'd be seriously able to take down Rampage.
I think what really helped him were the leg kicks, and I bet in training they were a BIG part of his strategy...there were a couple times that Rampage almost fell over cuz of em
haha What else is there to say now other than Forrest is awesome? woot!

forrest loses his next fight, who are they going to have him fight, wandy, rashad, chuck, machida, they all take forrest out, rich franklin would take him out as well, forrest is a boring fighter to watch, he throws combos with no power then runs away, i just dont think he deserves to be champ of the best org in the world, yes i know he beat rampage and shogun but the were both poor showings, they may give anderson silva a crack at the belt if he ko's sandman

Sorry but ranking Forrest number one would mean that he is better than Dan Henderson Machida and heck even Rampage which I think he is not. that was worse than the Matt Hammil screw job at least one judge thought Matt won in that fight. No one can honestly sit here and tell me Forrest won a UD with a straight face.

Forrest will beat Machida, I call it now. And you can thank the Couture game planning.
