[ChuckBooty]

One of the first things that I noticed last night when Rampage walked into the octagon is that he didn't seem like he was in as good a shape. Here are a couple of pics to compare:

Thoughts?

I think he was pumped and his blood was flowing in the first pic. In the second i think he casually walked up to a scale and was not at cardio level.

Other than that he looks exactly the same to me

His chest and arms look way smaller to me. I'll give you the "pumped" up thing..but I was going to point out that he looked way less vascular.

lol the second pic is at the weigh-in when he is cut and depleted of water... what kind if a comparison is that?

Ricardo Almeida had conditioning issues... Rampage just got his lead leg smashed up.

I don't think Rampage was smaller than usual but he was definitely a lot softer physically.

I didnt start thinking about conditioning until the 5th. But Forrest was pretty pooped himself, just not as much as Rampage.

Obviously Rampage was much softer than he has ever been.

The difference was evident, anyone who didn't catch that needs to pay closer attention.

Both Shogun and Rampage were much softer than usual. I would imagine that's what Rampage was referring to when he said 'I'll never take a 9 month layoff again".

I thought his conditioning was good, he went all five rounds and fought hard. He might have looked a little softer in the abdominal area than last time.
