He hit Griffin plenty of times, just not enough to finish him. Liddell's punching power could be a difference maker.
| I don't agree with that. I think Rampage's punching power is better than Chuck's. Not trying to take anything away from "The Iceman", but I think Rampage is alittle more powerful. Quote:

It would sell huge, so it could happen... but I really don't think Chuck deserves a shot just yet. Unless he totally dismantles Evans, then maybe... just because of the hype.

Hmm.. I gotta disagree with Rampage being the more powerful of the two. I do think that in flurries and such that Rampage has better boxing and very powerful hands, but I think pure, 1 punch KO power goes to Liddell. Also, since Forrest lacks KO power, and Chuck has great TDD, that Liddell with have ample opportunity to land that KO punch. I think Chuck might be more dangerous to Forrest then say Machida.

How is UFC going to fit all of these big fights in at the end of the year? With Nogueira vs. Mir, GSP vs. Penn 2 and now possibly Liddell vs. Griffin. Mir vs. Nog will have to be on the NYE card since of how long it takes to air TUF 8. So I guess you have GSP vs. Penn 2 and A.Silva vs. Cote as the headlining bouts in November and Liddell vs. Griffin and Nog vs. Mir in December.

People think that just because Liddell got KO'd by Rampage that Jackson has that one-punch power...physically, I think he's more powerful than Chuck, but Chuck just knows how to channel his momentum and whatnot. He's also got a hell of a chin, Rampage just nailed him right on the button.
The only potential problem I see for Liddell with Forrest is the leg kicks and the x-factor of Couture's impeccable gameplans. Otherwise, Chuck wins this by KO in the 3rd.

I don't know why Machida would get a title shot before Chuck, Chuck just came off a win against Wandy, and Machida beat a washed up, Jenna Jameson pussy whipped Tito Ortiz.[ Quote:
