Depends if you consider a freak injury a loss or not. I personally don't consider it to be a blemish on his record, since he looked impressive before the injury, but I could see how it could be seen as a setback in his career. As for the Sherk fight, I meant at 155 in the UFC, but thinking about it I am pretty sure that Sherk has only fought at lightweight 3 times.

A loss is a loss. It wasn't a freak injury, since he's separated his shoulder many times before, as he stated. If he can't hold together, he loses. Catastrophic failure is a loss.

Nate is so good, he makes shoulders separate without even touching his opponent!
