Hrm, most excited for? All of them because it should be a good night of fights. But and I am going to get some shit for this...
I am not super excited about the Affliction card. Does it look promising? Yes. Does it have major talent? Yes. So why the hell am I not too excited for it?
1. it is in a ring instead of a cage. I absolutely HATE when the fighters get moved to the center of the ring because they "might" fall out. In addition to that, the ropes always seem to get in the way of something when on the ground. Can't remember where, but I saw a guy going for a triangle when his leg got caught in the ropes and then he got KO'd. Yeah that's fun.
2. While on the topic of the ring, it has been said it will be the "biggest ring ever in the states". Some rumors have it as being a massive 30 feet by 30 feet. For those that don't know how big that is, Tim Silvia could lay down roughly 4.5 times from one side to the other. If anyone decides to "Kalib Starnes" it, they have plenty of room.
3. It is their debut card. There are going to be major production issues. I don't care that they have Trump funding it. You don't have the UFC's production team behind it, so it won't be near as good. Look at HDNet fights or Adrenaline MMA. Both events while lacking in star power could have been a lot better if production was better.
4. Megadeath is making an appearance. If there is one thing we learned from EliteXC, it's that you should focus on the fucking fighters and not cheerleaders, rappers, or anything else.
So while I will be ordering Affliction, I am not ubber excited for it like most of you. I don't want my hopes up for this card only for it to be ruined by production errors and non focus of the fighters. I have had them up for other promotions (HDNet, Adrenaline, and Elite) and nothing compares to a UFC card. They even take the time to do the same stuff for the undercard as the main card - we just don't see it all the time.

I'm more excited to see Anderson than anything... I'll monitor both events, but the only fighter on the Affliction card I'm a fan of is Babalu, and since he's fighting Whitehead in a ring... eh...
Affliction clearly has the better card in terms of match ups... just can't seem to get excited about them though... but Anderson could fight a homeless person in a refrigerator crate and I'd buy it...
Homeless people don't have much clinch defense other than their breath...
