I know they trained together back in the day. Rampage was in Team Punishment with Chuck and Tito. I'm sure chuck likes rampage more than tito, but i wouldnt call them close personal friends.

Yeah I think they're friends, they used to train together, and always respectful to each other after a fight. Sure Rampage may poke some fun, but everyone does that to their friends.

I didn't expect him to blast the guy either, but if there's bad blood, he probably wouldn't have said anything at all.

He made a point to say something nice... offer a little support. I don't know if Chuck likes him or not, but he clearly respects him.
