| I cried after the fight because I knew my fans and supporters, who were looking forward to seeing me winning the tournament, were disappointed. In addition, when my teammates told me that I did my best, more tears came up to my eyes.
now, I've got nothing but respect for Aoki, he's one of my favorite fighters... but come on! dude cries after every fight, lol!
anyway, I'm always impressed with Aoki, and I hope to see him come back with some improved striking defense... otherwise, Hansen just showed everyone the weakness in Aoki's armor, and his days at the top could be numbered... I know JZ couldn't finish Aoki when he tried, in virtually the same manner, but I think it takes away alot of Aoki's mystique and perceived invincibility to see him KO'd like this...

for Grand Prix format, i would also prefer separated matchups so the fighters can have separate camps for each fight
but the problem for the promoters is that the 2-fight 1-day format works better for them because it shortens the length of the tournament. over the course of the tournament he has a total lack of quality fights for an entire weight class to put on fight cards.
so the best solution to me, is the Bushido 9 format
the quarter and then the semifinals in the same day, finals 3 months later barring any major injuries.

And yeah, Alvarez seems to be the rising LW representative for the organization. I don't think Aoki is going to be champ as long as Eddie's around. | It looked like the back of the shoulder to me Im with Mac I lost a ton of respect for Aoki after that I mean hes an exciting fighter but Imo he has no heart I may get flamed for that but its just how I feel

There are so many rematches and new matches I want to see in DREAM.

it's not like alvarez stopped hansen, plus alvarez said hansen deserved to be his replacement! hansen is a deserving champion and i think he would win a rematch with alvarez , as far as aoki goes i hope he comes back gangbusters and dominates. nothing gets me more excited then a hometown hero winning it all in his stadium.

There are so many rematches and new matches I want to see in DREAM. | Rubber match or take on the winner of Hansen vs Alverez? I can see if it was a close fight and Hansen got a questionable decision to have a rubber match, but he knocked Aoki out. Let Alverez get his shot at the title like he should of had, and have Aoki wait in the back ground or have a #1 contenders type match with someone. And the winners of those two fights take each other on.
I just do not see the point of a rubber match, when it leaves Alverez waiting for his chance to get what was rightfully his, and by that I mean a title shot.
