franklin is one of my fav fighters, and only thing i believe that happen that night is he got knocked out, until the words come out of his mouth saying this and that and there is proof then maybe ill consider somthing different but it was just a really bad night for him, thats it , its a part of fighting you win you lose you get knocked out or you knock someone out thats about it

I believe there was something wrong with Rich Franklin before the fight.

I believe there were reports of his wife crying in the audience before and/or during his entry.

I believe Rich Franklin got his but kicked in a VERY DECISIVE MANNER.

I believe Rich Franklin lost his title.

I believe Rich Franklin will make NO excuses for this fight, and will take responsible for his actions, with or without the Evil Empire.

You actually had doubts that Rich lost that fight? And that he got his ass whooped in a "very decisve manner"? What is this "I believe..." business?

Its people like you who keeps bringing this dumb thread back. Franklin's wife was crying because Rich got his ass whooped. Rich had absolutely no problem going into the fight so stop making dumb excuses for the guy. Middleweight in UFC is just horrible and Rich was champion among bad fighters. He just got owned by a better fighter and he had no disadvantages going into the fight apart from his skills.

How did he all of sudden forget how to get out of the clinch? He didnt forget! Silva had him and Rich just couldnt get out of it.

Hi there... I've been popping in and out of here.
Mostly reading the posts and keeping up to date.

Yeah, I was really hoping to see Bisping in action.
Hope he's not a disappointment like Cheick Kongo was !!

was a bummer about bisping, im not making any reasons for why rich lost, he got his ass handed to him, and if anyone thought he was acting funny i think it was because he knew anderson was a bad man

Yes I realized that. However, I always thought it common courtesy in forums not to revive threads that are over and done with regardless of whether or not I was around when the threads were initially being discussed. I just found it a little strange. I apologize if my post came off as being rude, that was not my intention.
